Cosy double room in CB4 female houseshare

We are looking for a friendly female professional to take over a cosy double room in an unfurnished house in Chesterton. The room is on the third floor and has a slanted ceiling.

The house is spacious and has lovely living room/kitchen, patio/garden with rear access for bikes. There is driveway for one car and plenty of off road parking. You will be sharing the main bathroom with two others, and have access to a downstairs loo. It’s a 15- minute cycle along the river to the city center, near to Tesco and a few popular pubs.

Rent is £595 a month with about £100 extra per person for bills. Deposit is £692. Minimum contract is 6 months.

The house is managed by Redmayne Miller and Reese. We are on a shared contract and pay one tenant our share each month with one of us responsible for a bill each. You would be taking over the energy bill.

We absolutely love living here and aim to make the house a lovely place to be so we are looking for someone who's keen to get involved & make this their home. We often cook together and enjoy watching a movie but also appreciate our own space.

The current move in date is currently unknown but expect it to be mid-January to February 2025. We ask if you could please be flexible and we will need update you in time!

The house will be unfurnished (we have a few things already) and we plan to work this out together on how to do this.
