Looking for a couple not friends sharing

We have a partly furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in CB4 that we are looking for a couple to move into. Unfortunately we are not considering any tenants who want to share the house as 2 double bedrooms at the moment. We are looking for a couple or individual that would take care of our home as they would their own whilst we are working abroad, this is including maintaining the front and back garden. Only serious inquiries please :) the house location is a short bike ride away from the science park, business park and Cambridge north train station, for those commuting into Cambridge city centre can catch bus at the top of the road. There is a COOP a short walk away as well as a selection of pubs, takeaways and a fish and chip shop. There is off road parking around the back of the house and sheltered bicycle storage.
