Two double rooms available in friendly house

Hello!

We are looking for two new housemates for our house share in Chesterton. Two of us are sadly moving out having lived here for a couple of years to move in with partners.

The house is located on a residential street around 15 minutes walk from Cambridge North station, and round the corner from a bus stop to Addenbrookes and Town. There is a Tesco Express just around the corner, plus cafes, pubs and the river within a few minutes walk. It's a nice walk/cycle into town on paths along the river.

We are fortunate to have shared living space and a garden, which is great for BBQs in the summer. There is off street parking on our drive (no permit needed!) and a shed for secure bike storage.

Room 1 is on the ground floor (stays cool in summer!), has bay windows so nice and light, and comes furnished with the bed, desk and wardrobe if needed.

Room 2 is upstairs facing the garden, and comes unfurnished.

There is a study space upstairs, which is currently used by the occupant of room 2 but this is open for discussion.

The rent is around £590 per room, plus approximately £160/month for bills including council tax (band C).
