Room in a lovely two bed house in Chesteron

I have a room available in my two bed house in Chesterton, with a flexible start date sometime in March until at least September 2025, with the option to extend the tenancy for the following year. Monthly rent is £750 with bills (electricity, gas, water, council tax and broadband) totalling £164.94 a month. This will likely decrease as we enter the summer due to lower heating costs.

I am looking for a female housemate who is social and in their 20s to join myself, a female professional in my mid 20s.

The house is lovely and spacious, with an open plan downstairs, a recently refitted kitchen with a modern oven and dishwasher, and a recently fitted boiler and radiators. There are two large double bedrooms upstairs (one of which is mine) and a guest room. The room is part furnished with a bed and fitted wardrobe, but if you have furniture I can arrange for the bed to be taken out of the room. The south facing garden is a lovely place to sit in warm summer evenings, and the area of Cambridge is quiet and safe.
