The property is on a very quiet and pleasant cul-de-sac nd.
The house is conveniently close to many bus stops (200m), so access to city centre is easy.15 min walk to city 10mins on bike
Cycling will take you about 5 min to the Science park. Plenty of parking is available in front of the house.
I am a happy person, I enjoy socializing and meeting new people.
I've had negative experiences with male lodgers in the past so would prefer a female sharer.
I spend a lot of time at home when I am not travelling (a few months per year). I will be at my home abroad so you will be looking after the house while I am away.
Not included bills amount to about £65 a month.
