Double bedroom with private separate bathroom

Hi! We're Harry and Arianna and we live in a bright 3 bedroom house in Chesterton, a few minutes walk from the river. We have spent the last year travelling around the world and are now back in Cambridge in our house again and we therefore have a free room available for rent.

The room: The house has three floors and your room is on the first floor overlooking the back garden (east/south facing). The large bathroom is right next to it and it's all for you to use. The room comes with a kind sized bed (comfy mattress and storage under it!), a desk and a large built in wardrobe.

Other parts of the house: Kitchen has two ovens, a gas hob and a large fridge and plenty of storage. There's a washer dryer too. The living room is quite big and overlooks the garden, it's lovely in the summer.

About us: Harry is British and Arianna is Italian/Kiwi and we've lived in Cambridge for over 8 years. We're both engineers and love travelling hence we've just spent a year around the world. You'll find us focusing on work during the week and being out with friends at weekends or hosting them for boardgames and pizza. We like to do DIY, bouldering and paddleboarding.

We don’t have many house rules, just a focus on keeping the home clean and comfortable. Our aim is to create a comfortable, friendly environment where you can feel at home while enjoying life in Cambridge.
