All female cozy professional house share

Hello!
Our lovely housemate Caitlin is moving out to live with her partner so we are looking for a professional female aged 26-32 to take on her tenancy from the 19th October.

The bedroom is upstairs and south west facing. The bathroom is across the hall and is shared with just one other person. The room comes with all furniture included in the pictures.

The house itself is a semi-detached five bed property, situated on a quiet street only seconds away from the bus stop into town and less than a ten minute walk to the river. It’s also a 5-10 minute walk to the nearest Coop/Tesco Express.

A bit more about us and what we’re looking for: we’re all in various 9-5 jobs and at similar stages in life, so we’d ideally love to find someone of a similar age and lifestyle. We’ve got a really nice dynamic going and we’re all very considerate, friendly people who value good housemate relationships. Not to mention that we have a shared love of Jack’s gelato and the occasional Sunday movie night. We often like to hang out together but equally value quiet time during the week. We like to keep the communal areas clean and tidy and have respect for our shared space.

Viewings are the evening of Monday 29th September (can be slightly flexible) so if you’re interested and able to make it, please message with some info about yourself if you think this is a good fit for you and we’ll aim to get back to you as soon as possible.

Please note that if the tenancy is offered references will be required and the deposit comes with a £20 administration fee (not included).
