Large double room with all bills included

I (29 m) am moving out of my shared house in Cambridge.

The room is a spacious, top-floor bedroom with a king-size bed, desk, and chair. It also has a wardrobe, shelves, and bedside tables included. Plenty of space for working and relaxing. It also has a large closet just outside the door for storing extra things. The bathroom is just downstairs, and is shared with two others.

The house is well-located near Mitcham's Corner, with a Co-op just at the bottom of the road. It has a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious living / dining room, a conservatory, and a garden. It also has on-street parking.

The current housemates are Jack, Alena, and Eleanor. Jack and Eleanor are young professionals, and Alena is a PhD student. They're a really friendly bunch and are great to live with. We like to hang out in the kitchen and living room from time to time, but we also respect each other's space and are quiet.

It's a great house and I'm sad to be leaving!

The rent is approximately £750 per month, including all bills and council tax (band E). There might be slight changes to this since I currently handle the bills and will be leaving, so new accounts are being set up. I think the cost should be very similar though.

The room is available from 10th November, but there is some flexibility with this.
