Lovely home in Lower Chesterton

We have a light and airy double room available in Chesterton in a shared house. The house is ideally located to shops and pubs, and is a 5 minute walk to the river/midsummer common, and a 15-20 min walk into town. There is a shared kitchen and living room, as well as 2 bathrooms (1 shower) and a good sized garden.
The current tenants are two working professionals and a phd student, looking for a fourth person to join in with our relaxed and friendly house! Students are welcome but must share in paying council tax.

The rent is £478 pcm and bills add up to around £150 a month on top (including council tax).
