A lovely private room to the rear of our family house in an excellent location being only a few minutes walk to the river, Midsummer Common and Jesus Green and 10 - 15 minutes walk to the city centre.
The room has an ensuite shower room with underfloor heating, a king size bed and french doors onto the balcony. The room has views over the rear garden.
Access is through the side storage shed (where bicycles can be safely stored), utility room, garden and spiral staircase.
Room includes use of the utility room with fridge/freezer and microwave. There is also off street parking if required.
Price includes weekly clean and linen change.
