Double room to rent

The room comes furnished with a double bed and otherwise can be unfurnished or furnished ( the furniture is different from the photo), whichever suits.

The area is really lovely, right off the river (which takes you into town) and next to Cambridge North station. The garden is spacious and full of wildlife. There is bike storage to the side and space for car parking in the drive.

I am mid-thirties and have a 3 year old girl 50% of the time. We speak in French together - alors je favorise les francophones! I, being very biased, will say she sleeps really well usually and is social and ADORABLE. I can’t say the same about myself, unfortunately except for the social-side. We have very different hobbies but we both enjoy dancing in the kitchen. I have been gradually renovating the house but the bulk of the work is now complete!

A cleaner comes every 2-3 weeks but would not expect you to contribute.
