Two rooms in large house

This beautiful three-bedroom house has a big living room, kitchen and sunny garden. My two flatmates and their cat are moving out and I am looking for flatmates who would consider this house their home. I would be happy to welcome a cat in the house again, but final details will need to discussed with our property manager.

•⁠ Room 1 for a couple available from 1st September but a earlier move in date in lateJuly/early August could be considered: ⁠large bedroom with super king bed, wardrobe, desk, chairs, shelves, laundry basket etc.

•⁠ ⁠Well-equipped kitchen with Gas cooker, Microwave, Fridge, and Washing machine.
•⁠ ⁠Safe area for bicycles both indoor and outdoor.
•⁠ ⁠Lovely garden with table and garden chairs to relax in.
•⁠ ⁠Fast broadband available.
•⁠ ⁠Quiet cul-de-sac location.

I am looking for a PhD student, post-doc, or working professional who is happy to share household responsibilities and would enjoy a good homely atmosphere. I very much value open communication and would be happy if we help each other out and spend time together. I am working at the British Antarctic Survey as a postdoctoral scientist and work from the office most days. In my spare time I used to go sailing & hiking but this has been more difficult in Cambridge, so I would be up for shared outdoor adventures.

The advertised cost does include rent + bills (water gas, electricity, WIFI) + council tax (band F), but please note, only the cost of the room is contracted. Bills and council tax are split equally and may be slightly variable depending on the month and how we are billed. The cost's listed above are approximate averages.

Street parking available - A residents parking permit will be required.
