Lovely Double Room in Writer's House

Furnished double room with a private reading nook in a terraced house in a quiet residential area, sharing with a female writer. There is a shared kitchen and bathroom, washing machine/drier available, and a large garden. The house is a ten minute cycle ride or twenty minute walk to the city centre, close to the river and all amenities. I work from home so I need someone who is respectful and relatively self-contained, however it is a small house with a relaxed, cosy atmosphere and you would be welcome to join me to share a meal or TV on occasion. Non-smoking is non-negotiable, and this is a pescatarian household. Bills are included in the rent, apart from council tax if you are not exempt. The house is currently being redecorated, so the room will look slightly different from the photographs by October.
