A comfortable room in a household which is ideally located for access to the Science and Business Parks, the Regional College and the city centre, as well as by car to the A14.

The room contains a single bed, a tub chair, a small table and a wardrobe. Wi-fi is available.

Although not directly en-suite the tenant would have almost sole use of the upstairs bathroom.

There is plenty of parking on the cul-de-sac layby and a bicycle can be stored in the back garden.

It is available Monday night to Friday morning, so would suit a professional working in Cambridge during the week and returning home at weekends.

A minimum stay would be one month, but a longer let would be preferred.
