This is a really lovely home shared with three other post-graduate students at the University of Cambridge. A short cycle from the centre of town (10 minutes) and with excellent bus services, this house is in a pretty and convenient location.

All bills are included in the sublet - the house has a high speed wireless internet broadband service, washing and tumble dryer in a separate utility room and two bathrooms. The house also benefits from a lovely big garden - somewhere we spend lots of our time in summer - but is still producing vegetables, so if you need some potatoes and leeks, just dig some up!

The sublet includes the use of two rooms - a double bedroom and a separate study with a large desk for working, printer and comfy leather armchair for relaxing!

This house would be PERFECT for a post-grad student staying in Cambridge during Lent term and would suit someone that is relatively quiet and studious. Everyone in the house is really lovely, but everyone is very conscientious and out most of the day working, so this sublet would be best for someone that is equally busy!
