Single room available from 14 October (Mon to Fri)

I have a single room available in a three storey town house in Chesterton (city end) from 14 October.
The room has a single bed, wardrobe and shelving in it. There is access to a courtyard sized garden, shared living room and wireless broadband.
Rent is £400 per month including all bills and access to broadband.
At the moment I live in the house full time along with my small dog (who is very friendly) and another full time lodger.
The house is within a 15 minute walk of the city centre and Cambridge Science Park and there is parking available nearby. We are also close to the new Cambridge North Train station and the main train station.
