Double room available from September 1st in a friendly 3 person houseshare on a quiet residential street, just off Victoria road. It's a central location, a 10 minute walk to the city centre, or ARU and a short cycle ride to the science park. We are close to a large art studio, several live music venues and plenty of local shops, there's always plenty of things going on and the area has a strong community vibe.

The house has a shared kitchen, shared bathroom, communal living room, front and back garden and a lockup garage for storage and bikes.

The room itself is well proportioned and catches the sun. It overlooks a small garden and is light and airy. It comes equipped with a double bed, but is otherwise unfurnished. A wardrobe, table and shelving could be provided, if you needed it,

You would be sharing the house with two other females. We are geeky and arty, but not excessively so. We both have a lot of outside interests and are quite independent, but would like a flatmate who likes the idea of hanging out as a house from time to time - maybe catching a film, sharing a meal, or even playing a boardgame.
