Single Room Nr Science Park Mon to Fri

I have a single furnished room available to rent from MONDAY TO FRIDAY ONLY from SEPTEMBER. Minimum rental is one month.

The house is a modern mid terrace. Downstairs there is a large open plan area with kitchen and lounge. Decor is modern, bright and clean. The room itself has a large wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a desk. The bathroom is shared, but the room is next to the bathroom. There is room for parking, but not off road. The rent is £110 per week or £450 for a calendar month for Monday to Friday occupancy. Rent includes all bills (including wifi and a weekly cleaner who will change your bedding). There is no security deposit, but there is £40 fee to reserve the room which I will deduct from the first month's rent when you move in.

About me - I am in my late 40s and am a teaching and learning manager working for the university. Warm, friendly and welcoming, but also not particularly looking for company as am either out with friends (if I have the energy!) or in with iplayer if not :-)

Lodger has full use of facilities and I am pretty easy going - please just treat my house as if it was yours ... as long as that doesn't mean parked on the sofa every night in front of my extraordinarily large TV :-)))

Last point - my house is 2 mins from number 2 bus stop which takes 15 mins to the town centre bus station and runs every 10 mins until the evening. It is 10 mins walk to the science park.
