Room available in a good-sized house, close to the Science Park and near two bus routes for easy access to the city centre. Looking for someone who's sociable, reasonably clean and doesn't mind living with a cat! Bills usually work out about £125/m altogether.

My current housemate is moving to America at the end of the year, moving dates are negotiable depending on when someone would want to replace her - please contact me to discuss further or if you fancy coming to take a look around the house.
