Hello and Asalamu’alai’kum, we are currently seeking a female tenant for this house. The available room is a double, but we are specifically looking for a single individual to rent it. In the event that another female is interested in sharing the room with you, the rent will be £200 per week. Otherwise, it is £560 per month for one person. This room is spacious and quite lovely, located conveniently near a bathroom upstairs and an additional toilet downstairs.

All necessary utility bills are included in the rent, such as gas, electricity, water, internet (Wi-Fi), and council tax.

Our house is situated in the Chesterton area, in close proximity to the Science Park, Business Park, Innovation Park, and Nuffield Road Estate. We are also conveniently located near CRC College and the new North Station. The City Centre and Grafton Centre can be reached within 10-15 minutes by bus. Additionally, we are near Cambridge Nursing Home.

In terms of the current occupants, my wife and I live here with our two well-behaved children - a 14-year-old boy and a sensible 9-year-old girl. I used to work as a Pharmacy Manager, but I am now an Education Examiner.

We are only interested in renting the room to someone who is clean, polite, and sensible. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, being fully vaccinated is a requirement.
