Room to let for a Lodger

Room to let in a two bedroom non smoking house, part furnished.

The house is just south of Chittering and has recently benefited from some modernization

Hence £100 per week includes rent, gas, water, broadband, council tax and free heating fuel for the wood stove (up to 4 bags a week) in the main reception room.

Not included is a proportion of the electricity bill which is normally about £20 per month

Would suit working person with car or motorbike and smokers need not apply. I have put no preference against pets so as not to limit the range of applicants but while dogs are welcome, the garden is open plan and the main road is 50 meters away from the house
