This is our family home that we rent when we're elsewhere, so enjoy a true home-from-home experience. Located in a village with nursery, primary and senior school, doctor, dentist, great pub and many other amenities, yet a 15 minute drive/25 min cycle ride or bus from Cambridge centre.
All bills included.
Eclectic, individual art and detailing inside our home make it a comfortable and stylish place to stay. Although quite unremarkable from the outside, it is furnished with quirky vintage finds mixed with modern Swedish styling and individual artworks.
Three bedrooms, a superking, a large double and one single, sleep 5 but add in the large lounge sofa bed and we can accommodate 7 in all.
Recently refitted kitchen is modern, open and bright. The home's bathroom is also recently refitted. New utility room with washing machine, air dryer rack, iron, etc. The cozy courtyard garden has pretty planting and an area with a fire pit with plenty of wood to burn outside. But if you prefer to have an indoor fire the lounge has a dinky but powerful wood burner.
A well behaved dog and/or non scratching cat would be considered.

Excellent local pub, Coop, Post Office dentist, doctor surgery with pharmacy, hairdresser, plus nursery, primary and senior schools and park/recreation ground within the village. Close proximity to M11 (5mins), Royston train station 20 mins or Cambridge city train station nearby.. Close to Wimpole Hall NT property, Burwash Farm shopping, Grantchester village and all that Cambridge City centre has to offer.

Council tax, WiFi, window cleaning and reasonable heating usage included. Cleaning service available.
