Bright double in chilled house w/ kitchen, garden

Hello!

I am looking for a third person to join our homely house-share in the lovely village of Cottenham, outside Cambridge.

We're both professionals and like to hang out together but also sometimes just want time alone. We have two lounges so that does make things a lot easier when it comes to choosing what to watch or do!

We're both fairly sporty and have completed triathlons this year, but in the evening we're equally likely to be found at the pub, watching football or playing on the PS4.

The kitchen is fully equipped, with a double Rangemaster cooker, dishwasher(!), washing machine, breakfast bar and all mod cons.

There is a main bathroom with shower, full-size bath and storage. There is a second toilet downstairs. We also have a very sunny patio garden that's awesome for BBQs in the summer!

There is off-street parking and a garage mainly used for storage of bikes and other bulky items.

The room is clean, fully furnished, and good size with a large wardrobe with clothes rail and almost new furniture. There is space for a desk and you are welcome to bring your own furniture and make the room your own. I want you to feel at home.

Room dimension are 370cm x 320cm.

Would suit a fellow professional or mature student. We also have two resident felines so if you hate cats you should probably move on :)
