1 Double room in large cottage + garden Bill's inc

Hello =) we are looking for a lively, sociable and relaxed lady who would enjoy living with 3 females 24, 32 and 36, an artist/event organiser, a mental health councillor and a zoologist, we are all busy with our professional lives most of the time, but we have some great chats in the kitchen and will often make cakes and share extra food with with each other.

I work from home so I am often about the house and Heather works from home half of the time, but as we have a large sitting room, a study with a piano, 2 acoustic guitars, 2 courtyard gardens, 2 toilets/bathrooms, a utility room and humongous kitchen, we rarely get in each others way.

Kitchen includes a dishwasher and washing machine both installed new last year by the landlords friendly handyman. Couples fine for overnight or weekend.
Just to note we do not smoke inside the house and we do keep the place tidy, most of the time we clean at our own pace but we're easy going if we need to ask to get stuff done or if we need to buy bits for the house, sometimes we will blitz clean the house all together which gets the job done quickly.

Cats are allowed here and we do have a cat named Olive, we might consider another animal addition to the house such as another cat or dog depending on how they get along with Olive.

We are looking for tenants who are mature enough to treat people as they would like to be treated and simply be fair with cleaning and maintaining their share of the household . We would like chilled out, open minded, inquisitive and socially engaging individuals to suit this creative home, which pretty much sums up our personalities too, we look forward to meeting you! =)

Breakdown of bill's; room is £425 per month + £75.00 council tax per month. Broadband is £6.25 extra per month.
