Kitchenette has hob, microwave, kettle, fridge, cuboards and sink. (no washing machine) tho there is a drying rack and external patio for outside drying.
All bills included (except council tax)
Service clean once a month.
Bedding and towels swap/light clean every 2 weeks.
The annexe is the front part of our family home, in a quiet street, a 20 minute cycle ride from cambridge science park and into town.
There is space for a car (If you need car charging there is an extra electricity fee,)
There is a bus at the end of the street which will take you into town also.
