Sunny double room and bathroom

I live on a quiet street in Cottenham which is about 6 miles north of Cambridge.

I have a lovely sunny, double room available with a family bathroom next door to the room for your sole use.

There is off-street parking, an EV charger and storage space for a bike.

The lounge and kitchen will be shared spaces together with a private courtyard garden.

Bills are included, but use of the EV charger would be calculated separately.

There are lots of amenities in the village including a post office and corner shop (20m away), bakeries and a Co-op.

I would prefer a Mon-Frti lodger or a short-term arrangement but am happy to consider other short term or flexible arrangements.

Sorry but I'm not looking for a full-time, long-term lodger.
