This house is finished to a high standard. All apartments are furnished including bed, Bedside table, Chest of drawers and clothes rail. walk in wardrobe available too. All furniture is of good quality and modern design. The larger apartments may have more furniture.

There are many restaurants, bars and clubs. Not just locally, but also in a bustling city centre and many surrounding villages and historical towns.

Cambridge holds an eclectic mix of Performing and Creative Arts as well as Museums and galleries to enjoy local history.

FREE unlimited WI-FI is provided as a courtesy. The prices of apartments are inclusive of gas, electric, water and council tax.

RESERVATION:
A reservation fee equivalent of 1 weeks rent is payable if you want to secure a room. This fee is non refundable if you fail to proceed or fail referencing as it will cover our administrative time and cost preparing contracts and referencing you. If you proceed as promised then this fee will become part of your deposit or first months rent.
