1 lovely room in large family home

We rent two bedrooms in our family home and one of our lodgers has moved on so we have a one room available. The room is spacious, fully furnished and overlooks the garden.

These two rooms are in an extension and share their own bathroom and sitting room.

You will have shared use of the kitchen (located in the main part of the house) all kitchen appliances (including oven, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine). We also have unlimited broadband.

In addition to the rent, a contribution towards household bills of £200 per calendar month will also be charged.

We are in a quiet side street just off the high street, within walking distance of the local shops and have off-street parking. Cottenham is situated approximately 6 miles north of Cambridge City Centre and about 5 miles from the Science Park. The village has good local shops and a Tesco nearby, it also has good bus links to the City Centre (every 20 minutes).

We are an easy-going family - now consisting of myself and my husband along with our pet cocker spaniel who is very friendly. We enjoy letting our rooms and have had a wide variety of lodgers in the past. We would like to meet you and have you view the room.
