Both rooms are fully furnished, built in wardrobes, with double beds. Shared bathroom and kitchen but with separate living room from owner. Use of cooker, microwave, and fridge and freezer but must be clean after every use. House MUST be left TIDY and CLEAN at ALL TIMES and stricly no smoking inside the house. Hoover is provided for cleaning your room. SHARED weekly cleaning of bathroom and kitchen is a MUST. Visitors are not allowed to stay overnight unless arrange / discuss with landlord ahead of time.
