Located in a semi-rural location, I have a double room available in a former farm cottage for a Monday-Friday lodger. The room comes complete with double bed (bed linen included), wardrobe and small chest of drawers.

Downstairs communal area is light and spacious with open plan living/dining area, open fire place, access to conservatory from dining area and a very good sized kitchen. There is also a utility area and downstairs toilet. Outside there is a secure outhouse ideal for storing bikes, gardens to the front, side and rear of the property.

Although in a semi-rural location it is ideally situated for A14, M11 and A428. A bus-stop for the Citi4 bus is approx. 10 min walk away at Hardwick where this is also a cycle route into Cambridge city centre. House is also ideally located for the A14 roadworks. Parking is available on a private road at the back of the house.
