Large, modern en suite ideal for quiet person

My house is a lovely modern and clean house with a spacious kitchen and 4 good sized bedrooms, 2 of which are en-suite. There is a shared garden, en-suite shower and toilet to your room and a spacious and modern shared kitchen.

I am looking for someone with integrity, who respects privacy and is looking for a good solid base to work from, either Monday to Friday or all week long. While you can occasionally bring a guest back here with notice, It is not a student house. This is a professional working house and will only suit someone looking for that.

There is a separate fridge/freezer for you and the other flatmate to use, and all household bills (Water, electricity, gas, council tax, internet) apart from phone bills are included.

Myself, I am very busy and respect other peoples privacy. I want the quiet life, and look for someone likewise. I have my kid around every weekend and would warmly welcome any kids of yours.

Short term lets may be considered for the right person, such as people on a work placement from abroad, however this will attract a 50% premium.

The room is a quality one and large too. Excellent road links to both London and Cambridge. I live less than 5 minutes away from the M11 in a quiet secluded close.
