Double room available - live in landlord

Hi,

I am considering renting out my spare room for a bit of extra income. Its is a furnished small double room. Short or long term is ok! I live alone mostly, other than my pet french bulldog! Who is small and friendly.

I have a daughter who is nearly 3 who stays every other weekend. She is no trouble, we often go out during the day anyway. I have been hesitant to rent the spare room because i have a daughter, but i think as long as you are happy to accept that and can be considerate, it shouldnt be an issue!

I like to think i am very easy going! I work monday-friday and the odd saturday. It would be nice to find someone i click with and can get along with so we can enjoy living together! I have plenty of off road parking for cars and a big garden. Male / female, i have no preference 😊
