Furnished double room & bathroom - bills included

Furnished double room - room comes with double bed, bedside table, large mirror and clothes rail. I can also provide a chest of drawers if needed but you would also be welcome to bring your own chest of drawers or wardrobe too.

There are two bathrooms in the house (one with a bath and toilet, the other with a shower and toilet) I'm happy to either share both of these or have one bathroom each.

All bills are included including WIFI and NetFlix, and council tax is covered in this - with no hidden costs.

There is also a dining room, living room, and large garden that you are welcome to use. In the kitchen there is a big American style fridge freezer as well as two ovens, a dishwasher and a wine fridge. There is also a large drive that you will have use of if you need to park a car.

The house is located less than a 5 minutes walk from two big parks and the river, and is under a 15 minute walk from town where you will find a historic market square, independent shops, bakeries, bars, and restaurants. 10 minute drive from the Train Station (where it's a 50 min ride to London Kings Cross) and offering immediate access to the A1 and A428 offering quick links to Cambridge, Huntingdon, and Bedford. There is also a co-op, Tesco, Aldi and Lidl close by.

I am a 36 year old female professional, I'm a live in landlord and I also work from home most of the time. I'm a very bubbly, friendly and sociable person but also love time to chill too. I'm quite a tidy person so am also looking for someone else who is quite tidy (now that I'm almost finished renovating I like to keep the house looking nice!)
