Double room to let in Eaton Socon

I have a furnished double room available in a warm and bright 4 bed house in Eaton Socon. Currently, myself and one other female lodger live here.

Your room has a single bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, bedside cabinet and a little sofa.

We share the rest of the house; kitchen/dining area, and garden with patio. I use the downstairs bathroom and you will share the upstairs bathroom with my other lodger.

The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac with no through traffic and has green space at the front. There is street parking available.

It's close to good bus routes to Cambridge, Bedford and surrounding areas, 20 minute walk into town. Regular trains to London and Peterborough from St Neots station (10 min drive). There is also a shop, pubs and chippy nearby.

I have a black cat, called Lulu who is very vocal and friendly. I may ask you to feed her if I am away sometimes.
