Working in the St Neots/Cambs/Beds area and want a cosy home to stay in during the week?

Close to the A1 and A428, regular buses to Cambridge & Bedford. Station 2 miles away, about 35 mins walk/15 mins cycle.

Double sized room with single bed. Shared bathroom, but I don't spend all day in there - very considerate.

Washing machine with tumble drier - bedding will be laundered for you weekly.

Dishwasher - no washing up!

I will require references at a cost of £25 which will be required up front and will not be refundable if the reference does not pass. This is the cost as shown on this site.

I will consider students under 25 years of age.

Also - I have an ironing lady - she charges £1 per pound if you require this service.
