About me: I'm a former teacher, now working in the examinations world at Cambridge University Press and Assessment.
I have one other tenant living here who works in Cambridge. They are quiet, clean, and considerate.
About you: I would like a housemate who is tidy, clean and friendly.

It has a modern kitchen with appliances including a washer-dryer, dishwasher, and coffee machine. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms and a huge walk-in shower/wet room for the other 2 rooms. The rooms are a good size and contain a large wardrobe and drawers with a desk and a double bed with mattress.
The house is 2 minutes walk to the river, 10 minutes walk to the cathedral and 7 minutes walk into town.
I'm happy to give a video conference tour of the house. My main aim is to find someone to click with the rest of the household.
