We have our lovely annex style bedroom with adjoining private living area downstairs, own staircase and en-suite upstairs off of the bedroom come available.

It is partly furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, sofa, tv and you are welcome to bring any extras you might need. Use of fully equipped kitchen, with your own fridge and storage space.

All bills included, WiFi and off road parking on driveway for one car and space in shed for a bicycle.

Great central town location, easy walking distance to shops, pubs, restaurants, cafes etc. Good links into Cambridge, Ely and Newmarket via car, bus and rail.

We are looking for someone that will fit in as part of our home and treat it as their own with respect, someone who is clean and tidy. It is just the two of us here and we are easy going and friendly welcoming people.

Must be happy around two well behaved dogs.
