Hello! I am a friendly professional looking for a flatmate to share my home. I have a furnished double room to rent in my new build 2 bedroom flat in Ely. I am a sociable 32 year old female who is looking for someone friendly and chilled to live with and who isn't terribly messy (or terribly clean!)...

The flat has all mod cons including wifi, washing maching, tumble drier and dishwasher, yes a dishwasher! Off street parking is avaliable and I have a small garden (however, I cannot promise it is weed free!). This also includes a shed for storage.

My flat is 10 minute walk from Ely town centre and a 15 minute walk from train station (there are good connections to Cambridge and London).

The rent is £330 PCM plus bills.

I am offering a flexible short-term let as I am in the process of selling my property and have no idea how long this could take.
