The 2 housemates are aged 24-30, quiet friendly and very clean. We are looking for someone of a similar age group who is a professional.

The room comes with a double bed, a double foam mattress, and a wardrobe with plenty of storage space inside, but you can add or remove furniture as you see fit.

The house has a living room and dining area, a fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, and a garden with 2 washing lines.

The house is located in Gateway Gardens, less than 10 minute walk from the train station in Ely and an ideal location for quick access to the city centre while enjoying the benefits of minimal noise.

There is a main bathroom on the first floor and a bathroom on the ground floor so each person gets their own bathroom area.

We are looking for another friendly and respectful professional to join our house. The rent is £585 per calendar month, all bills included and one months deposit is required before moving in.

We are looking for someone to rent for a minimum period of 6 months.
