Private Annex

We are 5 miles outside of Ely with a bus service to & from the village or 8 mins in a car. Cambridge is 18 miles a 40 minute car journey or a 18 minute train journey. The private annex has it's own entrance .Inside it has a large rain shower with separate toilet. Small compact kitchen area with sink & worktop fridge with small freezer compartment plus small freezer microwave. electric kettle, 2 ring burner, all kitchen utilities and china etc.

There is a double bed, a sofa & wardrobe, ( You would need to provide your own bed linen quilt & pillows)

It has full Wifi and all bills are included ( no outside phone line is included )

My husband & myself live in the adjacent property.

We have a tenant in the annex at present. Viewing can be arranged prior to being vacant. The tenant will be able to moved out earlier if a sooner moving in date is required.
