Quiet area overlooking countryside on the edge of Ely. 10 minutes cycle or 20 minutes walk from the city centre. Free off-road parking. Full access to bathroom, downstairs toilet, kitchen, living room, dining room and utility room (with washing machine). Smoking fine in the garden.

Room overlooks garden and countryside. Contains bed, bedside table, desk, office chair, small wardrobe and lamps. Plenty of extra storage available in house if needed.
