I’m looking for a house mate to take on a very large 6x3m room in my Flat. The room is large with a high ceiling and a very large window overlooking the outside space. It would allow the tenant space for sleeping/living space due to very large size!

The property is dead centre of Ely (off the high street). We have a great set of neighbours with a very nice shared Roof Terrace area.

The property has a fully furnished kitchen, and shared bathroom that are light and spacious.

The room will come will some furnishings so if you have your own, great, if not we can work together to get it sorted for you. (Currently a Sofa, Small Wardrobe & single/double bed frame will be supplied). Pictures are coming up! (Available sooner on request)

The room has just been cleared and will be ready to move into asap. I’d like to fill by the end of the month (May) ready forJune.

The property has very reliable Broadband/wifi and has great proximity to all the shops/transport. I have a car and a permit space and we may be able to access another.

I’m looking for a very calm, professional and easy going flatmate. I keep a clean and tidy home and would expect the same for the flatmate. I am a working professional and work very close by, so during the day the flat is good for someone who WFH.

Rent would be £425 pcm + share of bills.
Couples considered and LGBQT+ friendly.
