I’m looking for a shared tenant to take on a very large 6x3m room in my Flat. The room is large with a high ceiling and a very large window overlooking the outside space. It would allow the tenant space for sleeping/living space due to very large size! The shared tenancy will be jointly referenced via the agent, so I'd recommend you would need to make no less than 15K per year to pass this without issues. Right to work in the UK (or a valid Share code if you are a non UK citizen) will be essential.

The property is dead centre of Ely (off the high street). We have a great set of neighbours with a very nice shared roof terrace area.

The property has a fully furnished kitchen, and shared bathroom that are light and spacious.

The room will come will some furnishings so if you have your own, great, if not we can work together to get it sorted for you. (currently a sofa, small wardrobe & single bed frame can be supplied).

The room has just been (almost) cleared and will be ready to move into asap. I’d like to fill by the end of the month (June ready for July).

The property has very reliable Broadband/wifi and has great proximity to all the shops/transport. I have a car and a permit space and we may be able to access another.

I’m looking for a very calm, professional and easy going flatmate. I keep a clean and tidy home and would expect the same for the flatmate. I am a working professional and work from home part of the week.

Rent would be £462.50 pcm + share of bills. I'd doubt you would find as much internal space/outdoor space & privacy for the cost in central Ely!
