The house is located 10 minutes walk from the historic Ely town centre at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. Ely has many attractions including a stunning cathedral, a twice weekly farmers market and many restaurants, pubs and cafes. Ely is well-connected to Cambridge and London via a regular train service (20 mins) or drive (30 mins).

The house benefits from windows on all sides and has a large sunny living room (7.5m x 4.5m), with comfortable seating areas, a cosy gas fire and large TV.
