The Room: Located on the first floor. It benefits from some built-in storage. You'll need to bring your own bed and furniture or I can arrange for furniture to be added.
Shared Spaces: You'll have access to a shared downstairs bathroom, cozy lounge, dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a practical utility room.
About Me: I'm a friendly working professional with a small, well-behaved Jack Russell (doesn’t yap). I work shifts, so I'm often out in the evenings and weekends - and he comes with me.
Deposit: will be held in a secure scheme, and can be paid weekly over the first 4 weeks if needed or 50% to secure room and 50% at the end of week 4.
Council Tax: Band C - covered in the all-inclusive rent!
