We have a very well maintained, spacious, double aspect, fully furnished double room with free WiFi. With oak furniture, including triple wardrobe, corner and optional desk, bookcase chair(s) and double bed with Emma mattress.
The modern, fully fitted personal shower room, finished to a high standard is immediately outside this bedroom door and adjacent to a further unoccupied bedroom used for storage, this additional bedroom can be made available for clothes drying.
There is a shared kitchen & utility with washer, fridge, freezer and cupboard space, front & rear gardens with plenty of parking.
We are located on Lynn Road (conveniently located near the A10), a short walk to Ely Leisure Centre, a 3 minute drive or 10 minute walk to the Princess of Wales Hospital. Ely town centre is a 4 minute drive or 21 minute walk, whereas the Railway Station is an 8 minute drive or 35 minute walk away.
We are looking for a tenant in employment, quiet and clean, with the ability to respectfully take care of their space as if it were their own home.
Whilst the WiFi is free, we pay for the majority of bills, please be aware of our price cap for energy use. We also take extra care managing our water usage and would prefer any tenant to also be mindful.
We have a 9 year old cat called Lottie who is an indoor & outdoor cat with no litter box inside.
