Room to let

I have a double room to let in my house. Situated in the village of Little Downham, 2 miles from Ely, local amenities include a convenience store, a take away, garage, restaurant and 2 pubs. I am looking for a professional person who's tidy. I am a musician, so from time to time I give lessons in my home. The room has a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers and I can provide bedding if needed. A reasonable size garden with patio furniture is available for you to use in the nice weather. I will need references and to be able to confirm you are employed.
