I am looking for a like-minded professional person to share a lovely home. I have a modern 4/5 bedroom 3 storey town house on a non-estate complex close to Ely Cathedral, the city centre, and the Ely City golf club. I am looking to rent one double room at this time(to a single person), with a second room to let later. The bottom floor has a large open plan lounge with double doors to landscaped courtyard garden, and a modern kitchen with all amenities. The middle floor has 3 bedrooms. One very large double (the one to rent), 1 smaller double, and a 3rd that will be used for guests. The bedrooms are fully furnished. There is a separate full bathroom with shower.
I am using the 3rd floor bedroom and a separate room for my office/study, and have a full bathroom on that level as well.
There is gated secure allocated parking.
It is a 10 to 15 minute walk to Ely mainline station - 15 mins to Cambridge, 67 minutes to Kings Cross.
The house has been completely refurnished in a contemporary modern style.
