Spacious Double room in a quite town house

I have a spacious furnished double room available, private bathroom and parking included. I live very close to Ely train station and the shops. The house is on 3 floors, use of the lounge and kitchen available, with the possibility of a private lounge as well.
I leave for work early mornings which means I go to bed quite early! I like to keep my house tidy (although I do have a cleaner every other week). I'm in most evenings and enjoy reading or chilling watching TV or films.
I'm looking for a person who is quite and tidy doesn't mind a bit of a chat now and then!
