A double furnished room in Ely

Hello,

I have a furnished double room to rent in a semi detached house in Ely.

The room overlooks the back garden and shares the main bathroom (which has a bath and a shower etc) with one other housemate.

There is a good sized living/dining room and a downstairs toilet. There is also plenty of on/off road parking and a back garden.

The house is about a 20 minute walk to Ely centre and about a 30 minute walk (5 minute drive) to the train station.

Hoping to find a friendly, sociable housemate who is easy going, reasonably clean/tidy, likes the occasional box-set binge and is generally respectful of others. (I am the live-in landlord.... but please don't let that put you off!)

The rent includes all bills and the house has WiFi, a dishwasher, washing machine and all the usual kitchen bits you'd expect.
