Good sized room in spacious appartment

Hi

I have a really good double room available, situated on Ely high street, the appartment has real character, is spacious and homely, clean and well, pretty cool compared to most other rooms available around here

I am a relaxed professional 30yo male, realistically looking for someone of the similar age and preferably female to share this great space with.

The room comes with wrougt iron double bed and a small wardrobe thing, living area is large with big screen TV and playstation, £420 a month is all inclusive (electric/gas/water/internet) and no minumum term, its more important to me to find the right person :-)

there is plenty of space to accomodate anything you want to bring, plus i am away with business often, so you would get the run of the place
